The International Higher Education Forum (IHEF) by Universities UK International (6–7 May 2026) sets the direction for the sector. Deep Dialogues by the British Council (5–7 May 2026) is held in partnership with IHEF.

Face‑to‑face meetings on campus are something no video call can replace. We organise visits for international delegations to British schools, colleges, and universities — campus tours, meetings with leadership, and discussions on admissions criteria and partnership opportunities. In 2025, the British Council ran the Spain Education Roadshow for UK universities, as well as a series of Study UK Open Days in India — examples of how structured visits can boost international recruitment.
We help our partners not only host delegations but also design visit programmes that result in signed agreements, not just impressions.
When participants are spread across different continents, the online format comes to the rescue. We run regular webinars for education agents, consultants, and partner organisations — covering visa regulation updates, new programme overviews, and admissions case studies. This format allows us to stay connected with partners anywhere in the world and respond quickly to changes. In 2025, for example, EENET held the London International Conference on Inclusive Education (27–29 July 2026), and COBIS organised a conference on university counselling (13–14 March 2026) — examples of professional gatherings that we monitor and use to support our clients.
